A virtual Smartcard can be added to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. A virtual Smartcard is a virtual Visa card that works everywhere Visa is accepted, and you’ll use a mobile wallet to pay with it in person. A physical Smartcard can’t be used with a mobile wallet.

Add your virtual Smartcard to your phone
In the nav bar, go to Cash, then Smartcards, and swipe to the virtual Smartcard you want to add.
Tap 'Add to Apple Wallet' on iPhone or 'Add to Google Wallet' on Android, the first tile under the card.
On iPhone, tap 'Add to Apple Wallet' on the sheet and follow Apple’s screens.
On Android, open 'Add it manually', tap the Smartcard where it reads 'TAP TO REVEAL', pass device authentication, then add the card in Google Wallet with the revealed details.
Confirm the tile reads 'Added to Apple Wallet' or 'Added to Google Wallet', then tap it to open 'It’s in your wallet'.
A new Smartcard offers the wallet button right away
The 'Your Smartcard is ready' sheet offers the same wallet button after you create a Smartcard. The sheet says you can now add the Smartcard to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and you can tap 'I’ll do this later' to close it.
Virtual Smartcards work through mobile wallets in person
Only your own virtual Smartcards can be added to your phone’s mobile wallet.
A virtual Smartcard is used through Apple Pay or Google Pay when you pay in person.
The wallet tile is hidden when the Smartcard is canceled, belongs to a teammate, is physical, or has 'Mobile wallet' blocked in 'More controls'.
When 'Mobile wallet' is blocked, purchases made with Apple Pay or Google Pay are blocked.

A Smartcard won’t show the wallet tile if it’s canceled, physical, belongs to a teammate, or has 'Mobile wallet' blocked in 'More controls'. The tile appears only on your own virtual Smartcards.
How do I add my Smartcard to Google Wallet on Android?
A virtual Smartcard opens 'Add it manually' after you tap 'Add to Google Wallet'. Tap the Smartcard, pass device authentication, then use the revealed cardholder name, card number, 'Expiry', 'CVV', and 'Billing address:' details in Google Wallet.
Can I add a physical Smartcard to Apple Wallet?
