Where do I find my looch account and routing numbers?

looch shows routing and account numbers in Account info: Share Contact Facing with contacts, and use Primary Business with your own bank.

looch shows each available routing number and account number, also called direct deposit details, on that looch account’s 'Account info' screen. Contact Facing is the looch account to share when a contact pays you, while Primary Business is the looch account to use when your own bank sends money. looch provides these details for Primary Business, Tax Stash, and Contact Facing, but not for Payments or the Card Payments Wallet.

Your numbers are in Account info

  1. Tap the ring in the nav bar to open the looch menu.

  2. From the looch menu, go to Accounts, then looch accounts.

  3. Choose Contact Facing when someone else is paying you, or Primary Business when your own bank is sending the money.

  4. Tap 'Account info' under that account.

  5. Pass device authentication for Primary Business or Tax Stash.

  6. Tap the copy icon beside 'Routing number', 'Contact Facing account number', or 'Primary Business account number'.

  7. Tap 'Share as message' instead when sharing Contact Facing.

The right account depends on who sends the money

  • Give contacts your Contact Facing details. ACH pulls from Contact Facing are blocked, and its balance moves to Primary Business every night at 11:59 pm ET.

  • Use Primary Business details only with your own bank.

  • Primary Business and Tax Stash ask for device authentication before showing their numbers.

  • Payments and the Card Payments Wallet don’t have Account info to share.

  • looch confirms copied details with 'Routing number copied!' or 'Account number copied!'.

looch lists its accounts and what they include on pricing. looch also covers no-fee business accounts for a new LLC.

Monthly statements can be viewed or exported

Each looch account has a 'Statements' row. The Statements screen has one row per month and an 'All Years' button for choosing a year. Select one month and tap 'View · Share', or select multiple months and tap 'Export to ZIP · 3' to open your phone’s share options.

Common questions

Which account number do I give a contact paying by ACH?

Contact Facing is the looch account to share with a contact paying by ACH. ACH pulls from it are blocked, and its balance moves to Primary Business every night at 11:59 pm ET.

Why does looch ask me to authenticate first?

Primary Business and Tax Stash ask for device authentication before looch shows their account information. Contact Facing opens directly.

How do I send my account details to someone?

Contact Facing has a 'Share as message' button that sends its account details in a message. The message says the account is for ACH payments only.

How do I download my statements?

looch lets you select one month and tap 'View · Share'. For two or more months, tap the ZIP export button, such as 'Export to ZIP · 3', and use your phone’s share options to save or send the file.

How do I move money in from my other bank?

looch doesn’t require account and routing numbers to pull money from an external account you own. On the dashboard, tap 'Transfer funds' and choose the external account as the account to transfer from.
