Which accounts come with a looch profile?

looch profiles include four no-fee business accounts plus the Card Payments Wallet, with each balance shown under Cash on the dashboard.

looch profiles come with four no-fee business accounts: Primary Business, Tax Stash, Contact Facing and Payments. looch profiles also include the Card Payments Wallet, which holds the business’ settled and pending card payments. A looch profile holds a business’ accounts, and all five balances appear under Cash on the dashboard.

You can review your looch accounts and their purposes

  1. Open the dashboard and find Cash, where Primary Business, Tax Stash, Contact Facing, the Card Payments Wallet and Payments are listed with their balances.

  2. Tap the ring in the nav bar to open the looch menu, then go to Accounts, then looch accounts.

  3. Tap the info icon beside 'Contact Facing' or 'Payments · Accounts payable clearing' to read what that account is for.

Your main business checking account.

Tax Stash · Estimated quarterly taxes

Setting aside money for, paying and easily categorizing quarterly estimated tax payments.

Contact Facing

Sharing account information when a contact pays you.

Payments · Accounts payable clearing

Holding an instant payment that can’t be delivered right away until the contact onboards or claims it.

Card Payments Wallet

Holding all settled and pending card payments.

  • Share Contact Facing instead of Primary Business when someone pays you. ACH pulls from Contact Facing are blocked, and its balance moves to Primary Business every night at 11:59 pm ET.

  • Select 'Share my Contact Facing account info' on a money request to share the Contact Facing account number in the portal.

  • Settled card sales in the Card Payments Wallet move to Primary Business every day, for free.

  • Primary Business, Tax Stash and Contact Facing each have an 'Account info' screen with a routing number and account number. Each of the four looch accounts has a 'Statements' row.

  • The Card Payments Wallet shows its settled balance and 'Instantly available:' on the dashboard.

Which account should I give to contacts who want to pay me?

Contact Facing is the looch account to share when a contact pays you. Its balance moves to Primary Business every night at 11:59 pm ET, and ACH pulls from it are blocked.

What is Tax Stash for?

Tax Stash is a looch account designed to help you set aside money for, pay and easily categorize quarterly estimated tax payments.

Why is there money in my Payments account?

Payments is looch’s accounts payable clearing account. An instant payment stays there when it can’t be delivered right away, until the contact onboards or claims it.

Where does my card sales money go?

The Card Payments Wallet holds all settled and pending card payments. Settled sales move to Primary Business every day, for free.

Can I connect my other accounts too?

looch lets you add external accounts. An accounting-enrolled external account is $10/month, while a personal external account has no subscription.
