looch categorizes transactions while you confirm the books

  • looch AI auto-suggests a category for every transaction as it lands. Transactions stay 'Not entered' until someone confirms or changes the category.

  • 'Entered' transactions are included in Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports. 'Not entered' transactions can also be included using their unconfirmed, auto-suggested categories.

  • You review 'Not entered' transactions, keep memos and receipts in 'Memo & receipt', and handle your income tax return and quarterly estimates.

  • A Smartcard’s 'Auto-enter' setting applies one category to all past and future 'Not entered' transactions on that Smartcard.

  • The Activity screen tracks your entered share. looch says to have 100% of the year’s transactions entered when you file your tax return.

Financial reports are also under Accounting, then Financial reports. See the accounting suite and what’s included or read about automatic accounting software for solo founders.
