The Card Payments Wallet holds card payments in the portal and sales from your online store with looch Pay. looch shows only successful card payments after you select the Card Payments Wallet and turn on 'Hide failed & blocked'. looch marks a card payment that didn’t go through in the Card Payments Wallet as 'Failed'.

Activity can show only successful card payments
To see only the payments that went through, select the Card Payments Wallet and hide failed and blocked transactions.
From the nav bar, go to Cash → Activity.
Tap the accounts filter button, which reads the number of selected accounts by default, such as '3 Accounts'.
Tap each selected account to clear it.
Tap 'Card Payments Wallet' to select it.
Tap 'Apply'.
Confirm that the accounts filter button reads 'Card Payments Wallet'.
Tap the tag filter button.
Turn on 'Hide failed & blocked' on the Tags screen.
Tap the close button to return to Activity.
The dashboard offers a Card Payments Wallet shortcut
To select the Card Payments Wallet directly, open it from the dashboard.
From the nav bar, go to Cash → Dashboard.
Tap 'Card Payments Wallet'.
The filters control what Activity shows
'Hide failed & blocked' applies to every account in Activity, not only the Card Payments Wallet.
looch remembers the account selection and 'Hide failed & blocked' for each profile on that phone, through a restart and a trip to the dashboard, until you change them or sign out.
A teammate with the seller permission can’t filter Activity by account or hide failed and blocked transactions.
Failed and blocked transactions aren’t removed. Turn off 'Hide failed & blocked' to show them again.
Questions about successful card payments
Why don’t I see my card sales in Activity?
looch leaves the Card Payments Wallet unselected by default, so its card sales don’t appear in Activity. Select the Card Payments Wallet with the accounts filter button or open it from the dashboard.
What’s the difference between 'Failed' and 'Blocked'?
looch uses 'Blocked' when Smartcard controls stopped a charge, the Smartcard was turned off, or someone tried to debit the Contact Facing account. looch uses 'Failed' for everything else that didn’t go through, including every unsuccessful card payment in the Card Payments Wallet.
Will looch remember to hide failed payments next time?
looch remembers both 'Hide failed & blocked' and the Card Payments Wallet selection for each profile on that phone until you change them or sign out.
Does hiding failed payments delete them?
looch changes only what Activity shows. looch keeps failed and blocked transactions available when you turn off 'Hide failed & blocked'.
