looch lets a founder outside the US create a profile for a US-registered LLC or corporation with an EIN and a qualifying US street address. A looch profile is how a business uses looch. looch Start forms the company and gets the EIN even without an SSN or ITIN. A looch profile can’t use a registered agent, virtual office, PO box or CMRA address as its qualifying US street address.

The 'Start a new entity' screen in the looch app shows 'Delaware LLC' open with 'EIN filing (even if you don’t have an SSN or ITIN)' and 'Next'.
