looch lets you pay a supplier, contractor, or other business contact from a looch account, external account, or card. looch makes payments from looch accounts instant and free. looch charges 3.3% + 30¢ for card payments and starts external-account payments 5 business days out. looch also lets a business that isn’t on looch self-onboard or claim the payment.

You can pay a contact in looch
On the dashboard, tap 'Accounting', then 'Pay & get paid'.
Tap 'Pay'.
Tap the contact you’re paying, or search by email address or business name, then tap 'Pay · 1'.
On 'Payment amount', type the amount and tap 'Next'.
On 'Payment category', pick a category and tap 'Next'.
On 'Memo', type a memo or tap 'Add later'.
On 'Source account', pick an account under 'This business' and tap 'Next', or tap 'Pay with a card'.
On 'Payment date', keep today or pick a later date, then tap 'Next'.
Pick the payment type and tap 'Next'.
Check 'Payment review', slide 'Transfer', then confirm it’s you when your phone asks.
Check the result: looch shows 'Instant transfer processing' for an instant payment or 'Payment scheduled' for a later date.
Businesses outside looch can self-onboard
The same payment steps apply when a contact shows 'Onboard'.
At 'Contact will self-onboard', tap 'Got it!' before reviewing the payment.

Is it free to pay another business with looch?
looch payments from looch accounts are instant and free, as shown on looch pricing. Card payments cost 3.3% + 30¢.
Can I pay a business that doesn’t use looch?
looch invites the contact to self-onboard. A business that can’t become a looch business can claim the payment with a Smartcard or to a bank account.
Can I schedule a payment or make it recurring?
looch supports one-time payments up to one year ahead. Recurring payments are monthly for one contact at a time, with 2 to 24 payments, and aren’t offered when the contact shows 'Onboard'.
Can I pay a supplier with a credit card through looch?
looch lets you pay with a card for 3.3% + 30¢. The card is charged today.
Can I cancel a payment to a business that hasn’t signed up yet?
looch lets you cancel a payment that’s still awaiting onboarding. The funds return to Primary Business, and the contact is notified.
