In the looch app, on 'Set up your business in looch', tap 'Start a new entity for $249 all-in'.
On 'Start a new entity', tap 'Delaware corporation', 'Delaware LLC', 'Wyoming LLC', or 'Florida LLC' to open everything that company type includes.
Tap 'Next' once you’ve picked one.
On 'Name your corporation' or 'Name your LLC', enter three name choices in order of preference.
Tap 'Suffix' to open 'Legal entity name:Suffix'.
Choose how the name ends.
Tap 'Next'.
For a Florida LLC only, on 'Management', choose 'Me' or 'Another entity'.
The four company types differ by structure and privacy

For a Florida LLC, choosing 'Me' puts your name in public records. Choosing 'Another entity' puts that entity’s name and address in public records.
